Bazaar re-creates a traditional marketplace with a unique twist and offers a mosaic of dishes to choose from, many of which are made-to-order whilst others are ready for your perusing pleasure. While they boast an Italian kitchen with delicious pizzas and even freshly made dumplings, you’ll want to save a lot of stomach space for their juicy seafood selection. There’s more freshly shucked oysters than you can handle, as well as succulent king prawns and whole baked salmon to name a few. Lunch will set you back $75 per person, while brunch is $59 and includes a glass of Chandon Rose on arrival.
Prepare your senses for overload at the Gold Coast’s ultimate buffet experience. Located at The Star, Harvest Buffet recently had a makeover and let’s just say the results are truly mouth-watering. While the buffet boasts a delicious carvery, pizza, curry and salad spread, it’s their seafood section that has us going back for more. Think fresh grilled QLD barramundi, garlic prawns with spaghetti, sushi, QLD spanner crabs, smoked salmon and mussels. The seafood buffet will set you back $50 for lunch and $75 for dinner.
Seafood lovers, we’ve found you nirvana. Located at the Sheraton Mirage Resort, you’ll find a smorgasbord of fresh seafood at Terraces. Think Moreton Bay Bugs, sashimi grade salmon, fresh calms and black lip mussels, Mooloolaba king prawns, wok fried squid, baby octopus and frito misto. And we’re serious when we say that’s only the tip of the tasty feast on offer, easily earning its title as one of the best seafood buffets on the Gold Coast. Prices start at $69 for the lunch buffet on weekdays and go up to $95 for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays.
Like your seafood feast with a side of jaw-dropping views? Four Winds has you covered with their revolving restaurant. Nestled between the beaches of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, enjoy iconic views, from the golden sand and surf of the coastline to the green tranquillity of the Gold Coast Hinterland by day, while at night, be mesmerised by the stars above and the buzz of the city lights below. But on to the important stuff, the food. Citrique Restaurant, located at The Marriott, is a must for all seafood lovers. Paying homage to the incredible produce of South East Queensland, all of their seafood is harvested locally within a 100-mile radius of the restaurant. The bright and airy eatery delivers a huge selection of ocean treasures including king prawns from the Gold Coast seaway, Hervey Bay scallops, mussels, Tasmanian smoked salmon, plump oysters and crab from the Moreton Bay region.
