Hilary’s Outdoor Fitness
Prioritising a good time above all else, Hilary’s Outdoor Fitness offer 6am HIIT Training, Boxing and Circuit classes on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Hosted by passionate health and wellness coach Marissa, pay a cool $15 a class or $35 per week up front and let her handle the rest.
Take your yoga outdoors and on to the rooftop of the Roe Street Carpark this autumn for an energising 6am Vinyasa Class. Held at the same beautiful venue as the Rooftop Cinemas, can you really think of a better way to start your morning than watching the sunrise over the Perth Skyline?
