A crowd of local favourites will take over the Cathedral Square in an inner-city lunchtime market, so head along for a delicious lunch and treats accompanied by live entertainment. Perth Makers Market | Sunday 5 November

Applecross

Offering almost 200 stalls, the Perth Makers Market has woodwork, toys, clothing, terrariums, art and sculpture. Bring the snacks (and wines) along for a picnic or barbeque and soak up the delightful community ambience. For more info click here.

Perth City Christmas Market | Friday 17 November

William Street, Northbridge

Have you started thinking about Chrissie presents? No, we haven’t either, which is why we’ll be at these nighttime Christmas Markets. This special marketplace and festival is a celebration of arts, crafts and goods from talented locals who will be showcasing their exquisite products. Vic Park Summer Street Party | Sunday 19 November

Albany Highway, Victoria Park 

It's not technically summer yet, but we don’t care. The Vic Park Summer Street Party returns to the urban village of Victoria Park, with a crowd of 50,000 expected to take over the Albany Highway cafe strip between Dane and Mint Streets, and right up into the Park Centre in East Victoria Park. Stackwood Made Local Market | Friday 24 & Saturday 25 November

Stackwood, Fremantle

This rad market is back just in time for your Christmas shopping, with more than 25 stalls selling locally made wares like ceramic planters, artist prints, clothing, textiles and jewellery.  Plus you can expect to see food trucks serving up street food, coffee by Stacked Cafe and baked goods from Mary Street Bakery. Lilly Street Lasagne Bake Off | Saturday 25 November 

Lilly Street, Fremantle

If you think you’ve got what it takes to win a lasagne-baking contest, here’s your shot. The residents of Lilly Street hold a lasagne competition every year, which the whole street gets closed off for, making it one big lasagne party. If you don’t live on Lilly Street though, fret not—there is an Off-Lilly Street category where non-residents can enter, as well as an Out Of The Box category, for anyone who has a unique quirky twist on the traditional lasagne.
