It’s time to buy an even bigger pair of stretchy pants because Carriageworks Night Market is back—and it’s set to be better than ever.
For one night only on Friday 9 February, Carriageworks will transform into a total foodie mecca curated by Carriageworks regular, Kylie Kwong. FYI, that means some of Sydney's best chefs coming to the table.
Some of the best in the biz (we’re talking Fratelli Paradiso, Nomad, Stanbuli, Fred's and Continental Bar & Deli and more) will be embracing the theme of using Australian and Indigenous ingredients, grilling, roasting, baking and barbequing up a storm to create a special menu you’ll be dying to get your laughing gear around.
Expect kangaroo and wallaby charcuterie from Nomad, kangaroo bolognese toasties from Biota Dining, and hummus graffiti with desert lime from Nour. And that’s just for starters. There'll also be desserts from OzHarvest, Two Good Co., and The Wayside Chapel so yeah, like we said, you’re going to need a bigger pair of stretchy pants than usual.
