Carriageworks' Summer Night Market returns next month and the line-up is prompting some serious drool.
Joining the delicious antics for the first time will be Alibi where head chef Jordan Brogan will be cooking up some of the plant-based restaurant’s most popular dishes. Expect charcoal steamed buns with roast carrots, cashew hoisin and red cabbage and coconut cream pie.
There’ll be over 60 stalls from a bunch of acclaimed chefs and producers including vendors from Barzaari, Don’t Tell Aunty, PS40, Belles Hot Chicken and Porteño. Alongside the eats, you’ll want to brace yourself for live music, DJs and cooking demonstrations too.
