Balla's Regional Dinner Series
Missed out on your lavish holiday to Europe this winter? Why not join Balla's Stefano Manfredi for a culinary journey through Italy, then? At this year's Italian Regional Dinner Series, Stefano Manfredi will share the Italian story through food and wine. The Dinner series is comprised of four unique dinner events inspired by the seasons of the year and this August's Friuli dinner will consist of a four-course meal that is inspired by the region nestled into the northeastern corner of Italy. Be warned, your taste buds may melt in delight after tasting delicacies such as montasio (fresh cow's milk cheese) and prosciutto di San Daniele that will be served on a bed of polenta gnocchi. Guests will also enjoy hearing Manfredi speak about the inspiration behind his menus, and Balla sommelier, Piero Fonsesco will personally be recommending matching Italian wines with each course.
