Australia’s longest street fair, Glebe Street Fair, is coming back to Sydney and this year (just like the years before it), the one kilometre stretch of road will become a celebration of local community and culture.
It’s expected that 100,000 peeople will pack the street, which isn’t surprising since there’ll be talks, live performances, children’s entertainment and also a food truck alley (now we’ve gotten your attention haven’t we?). Taking to the stage throughout the afternoon, there will be performances by hip hop duo, Coda Conduct, roots and reggae legends, The Strides and indie pop artist, ILUKA.
If you don’t feel like settling in for the performances, and would prefer to roam around the stalls, then make sure you hit the glass blowing demonstrations by Glass Artists’ Gallery and talks from The School Of Life Sydney.
What: Glebe Street Fair
When: Sunday 20 November, 10am – 8pm
