Restauranteur masterminds Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan have opened North Bondi Fish—a playful and relaxed beachside eatery, that's serving up a darn good fish 'n' chips!

The space, which was home to North Bondi Italian, has been completely revamped, with bright pops of colour and communal wooden benches. Here it's all about the fresh seafood.

Food-wise, the menu is a mix of small bites, summer salads and simple charcoal-grilled fish straight from the kitchen's Inka Grill. Standouts include: yellowfin tuna ceviche; sweet potato scallops; prawn rolls; grilled snapper with asparagus, pea shoots and avocado; and Matt's take on fish fingers. You'll also find a choice of several indulgent ice cream sundaes!

The 20-strong wine list is a mix of crisp aromatic whites and lighter reds, Champagnes and prosecco. There are also a couple of beach-friendly cocktails, such as a North Bondi Crush (fresh watermelon and Campari served in a jar, mmmm) and the North Bondi Colada (Havana Club, passionfruit pulp, coconut syrup, fresh lime and pineapple juice).
