It’s a genre of music that’s been headlined, and maybe pigeonholed, by the Hilltop Hoods and Bliss N Esso. But, over the past few years, Aussie rap, hip hop and RnB have each entered an entirely new era, championed by young MCs and next-generation producers that are ready to carve out something new, something electronic and genre-fluid, and something that’s a bit more in tune with the climate and the culture of 2019.
If you’re yet to tap into this scene, or you’re a little bit into Manu Crooks, Tkay Maidza and the like, and you’re keen to get stuck into some more local vibes—you’ll want to snap up tickets to a brand-new Sydney party called No Limit Fest.
The idea behind No Limit Fest is to hero Aussie hip hop and RnB, and you can expect a full roster of up-and-coming Australian artists.
There’s also an impressive lineup of female artists to get around too, including MIM, Jessica Jade and Bea Moon.
Don’t miss out. Tickets are on sale from 4pm on Wednesday 9 October, right here.
