For 5 delicious years our mates at The Morrison have been dishing up Sydney’s best oysters at their annual oyster party—and it’s back again for 2017. That means Head Chef Sean Connolly is busy AF sourcing oysters from 50 different regions across Australia, so that you can eat your weight in oysters.
Our hot picks from the menu are obviously the $1 oyster happy hour, which will be in full swing from 6pm to 7pm each day during the festival. But we’ll also be ordering the oyster, leek and mussel chowder with duck fat fries (because duck fat fries). Polish it all off with a cheeky whisky and champagne, because you’re worth it.
