To kick off the sunshine season, Double Bay restaurant, Vine, have launched The Garden; a ridiculously gorgeous greenhouse-inspired bar complete with hanging planters, potted greens and a plant library (yes, really).
The bar features a vodka and gin based drinks list for starters, which was created by award winning mixologist Jason Crawley. It continues the organic theme from the Vine kitchen, incorporating seasonal fruits and aromatics to match the whimsy of the decor but a classic range of beer, wine and spirits are also available.
In the way of food, Executive Chef Drew Bolton is bringing his farm-to-table ethos to The Garden with sophisticated bar snacks that’ll pair perfectly with your after work drinks, or kick off a long lunch in style. We recommend the charcuterie boards, which are almost too beautiful to eat and are piled high with cured meats, cheese, tarts and crispbreads.
Yep, spring is already taking good care of Sydney this month. I mean, take a look outside your window right now and tell us it isn’t the most beautiful day we’ve seen in weeks?
