In collaboration with the talented artist Melissa Carey, Nikipi is offering a special 74-minute yoga class designed to release creativity through encouraging movement that frees blockages, restores vitality an encourages rejuvenation. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is even followed by a delicious afternoon tea where all attendees receive three vintage glass candles to take home. Classes will be held at The Nest Creative warehouse from 1-4pm and is $140 for early birds. So get in quick and prepare to be inspired!

LuMi Bar & Dining
Lumi may mean ‘small lights’ in Italian, but this Pyrmont restaurant defines big in just about everything else (including the amount of light bulbs inside!). Take the views for instance, which completely surround this waterfront eatery due to its breathtaking location opposite The Star. Food is obviously the next big one you notice, as the modern European cuisine creates a culinary experience that delights each sense—from smell, taste and sight. We suggest trying the spelt ravioli, which features a creamy pumpkin and burnt butter filling that literally melts in your mouth. There’s also a range of degustations you can try and a killer drinks menu, so you can be rest assured that LuMi will satisfy even the fussiest of mums!
Mother’s Day Polo Classic
Mother’s Day Polo Classic is by far the chicest Mother’s Day event of the season. Held at a property in the beautiful Blue Mountains, this event fuses a world-class polo competition, luxurious country hospitality, gourmet food and fun entertainment to create the perfect family setting that will make you feel like you have stepped off the set of Gossip Girl. General admission tickets are $51 but add a gourmet picnic hamper for less than $40 extra and enjoy a relaxing day doing our two favourite activities: eating and relaxing. The bright and leafy Gazebo has been recently renovated and will knock your socks off with its spread on this special day for your Mum. There will be a special menu for $55 per head, live music and some beautiful gifts for Mum just in case you forgot or wanted to one-up your sibling. When all of the eating is said and done and it’s time to move on to cocktails, you can get your Mum nice and merry with their signature giggly rose, or go all out with a popcorn mai tai and have her spilling stories about the good old days. Turn Mother’s Day into the ultimate day out by heading for lunch at The Bucket List. This colourful eatery on Bondi Beach offers funky interiors, a lively menu and stunning ocean views. Mirroring its beachy location, the menu features an array of the freshest locally sourced seafood. $69 a head will get you a three course meal, starting with a cold seafood platter, then moving on to a roast chicken with autumn veggies and finishing with an autumn fruit and hazelnut crumble. Talk about drool! They'll also throw in a complementary glass of bubbles for your ma, because they're nice like that.
