If a sunrise flow (we’re talking about yoga, people) in Sydney’s most idyllic location, sounds like your jam—this one’s for you. After a raging success in 2016 and over the summer, the Opera House is hosting an eight-week yoga program and you want in.
Summer saw you guys down dogging on the iconic steps but for winter they've brought it all inside to the foyer because it's cold outside. We know what you’re thinking, yes this is peak #fitspo Insta goals. So here are the specifics. Between 4 July right through till 31 August, the Opera House will run hour-long sunrise yoga classes lead by Barefoot Yoga founder, Crawf Weir. The classes have been designed to suit all experience (or lack thereof) levels.

What: Sunrise at the House
When: 4 July – 31 August, 7am on Wednesdays and Fridays, 8am on Saturdays
Where: Concert Hall Northern Foyer, Sydney Opera House (Entry via external Western Broadwalk stairs)
Cost: $25 per class (parking $10 at Sydney Opera House Wilson Parking)
