A Bush Chook Cocktail Has Been Created Just In Time For Australia Day

Next time someone tries to tell you that Australia has no culture, feel free to turn around and tell them about the amazing creation that is the bush chook cocktail. That's right, in what could be the biggest news in the Pilbara since the iron ore price increase, the humble red can is now being served in cocktail form in the land of the red dirt. 

Blanche Bar in Karratha just launched The Flightless Bird; an ingenious combination of tequila, triple sec, lime, chilli salt and of course, Emu Export, and we're seriously considering a visit to the Pilbara to get our hands on one of these.
