High tea aficionados, listen up. Legendary Aussie chef Anna Polyviou is headed west for Good Food Month and she’s throwing what’s likely the world’s most colourful high tea on 28 April.
No ordinary chef, Anna Polyviou founded Australia’s first dessert festival and her famous carrot cake took the top gong for the best dessert in Australia in 2014. You’ll be in for a treat with this pink-haired pastry legend and her mind-blowing twists on classic Australian snacks, both sweet and savoury. Each creation draws on her love of street art, using colour, flavour and design to make each dessert look like a piece of art, as well as a tasty treat. Anna takes the traditional high tea delicacies, including sandwiches, tarts and scones, and turns them into original and creative meals. High tea as you know it will never be the same.
Located at the rooftop of the luxurious QT Hotel in the core of Perth, you can enjoy these delicious refreshments and take in sweeping city views. This exclusive event is coming to Perth for one day only, so you’ll want to book your tickets soon. Trust us, your tastebuds don’t want to miss out on this.
