If there’s one thing we don’t think Perth has enough of, it’s Greek street eats. There’s really nothing we love more than fluffy pita filled with tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat, with a side of halloumi or perhaps some hot chips topped with oregano and feta cheese.
Luckily for us, Zeus Street Greek is set to swing open its doors in Mount Lawley on Thursday 4 May, with a special launch event happening soon after. The team here specialises in modern Greek eats made with quality ingredients—all the chicken and lamb is free from antibiotics and hormones and their pork is 100% Australian and sow stall free—which you can eat there or have delivered straight to your door!
To celebrate the opening, Zeus is hosting a charity event on Saturday 13 May, where they will be giving away FREE pitas from 12pm until 3pm, and for every pita they give away, they’ll donate $2 to Cord, an organisation raising money for spinal cord injury. All of the money raised will go straight to the Fiona Stanley Hospital’s spinal injuries rehabilitation unit—so not only are you getting free food, you’re helping out those in need too. Win.
