If you haven’t been to Opera Bar then have you really done Sydney? We say no, so if you’re yet to jump on that bandwagon then listen up. For four days this October long weekend (yep, it’s that time of year already guys) the legends at Opera Bar are paying homage to one of our favourite bevs, the humble rosé.
The Meat & Cheese Room will be transformed for four beautiful, long, wine-filled days into the Rosé Room and to be fair, we wouldn’t mind if it just stayed that way. Here you’ll find snacks like oyster platters and cheese plates alongside the best of the best in the rosé game. Think Yangarra Pet Nat Sparkling from the McLaren Vale, AIX Rosé from Provence and Pink Claw Grenache Rosé from the Mornington Peninsula for starters.
Not enough? Well shame on you, because alllllll of the rosé cocktails in the sunshine should definitely be enough—specifically frosé and the Opera Bar rosé spritz and we’ll take one of each.
