Five Awesome Things To Do In Sydney This Week

By Lucy King - 12 Sep 2016

Sydney Coffee

Here at The Urban List, we don’t believe in just living for the weekend, and neither should you. Now that spring has officially sprung, there is no better excuse to get out of the house during the week and treat yourself to a sneaky drink, or two.

So we’ve rounded up five fabulous things to keep you busy as you ride the wave to hump day this week.

Craft Beer Fight Club: Strange Brews

The Dove & Olive plays host to Sydney’s original Craft Beer Fight Club, otherwise known as Sydney’s ultimate craft beer event. This round, number four (but who’s counting), has been coined Strange Brews, and will see Mountain Goat vs Brew Cult in a ravenous battle to claim the title of ‘most outrageous brew’. The winner is decided by public vote, the winner then takes it all, the Golden Growler and most importantly, the bragging rights. Tickets are a must and each one gets you four beers, so snap one up and get ready for what promises to be a wild night of great beers, good times and the chance to win some awesome prizes.

When: Wednesday 14th September, 6.30-9.30pm
Where: Dove & Olive - 156 Devonshire Street Surry Hills
Cost: Tickets $20 - $30, book now to avoid missing out.
