This year, nel. is slinging out a British pub-inspired degustation like no other. Think a menu packed with a no-frills pub vibe but with all the creative theatrics and ambitious flavours nel. is known for. Under chef Nelly Robinson, your average soup and bread becomes a tomato soup infused with marshmallow rolled in savoury tomato powder.
You’ll also get to go hard on fish finger sandwiches packed with fish mince, dill mayo and purple flowers; chicken kievs loaded with garlic butter; potted salmon with artichoke puree; potato and truffle pie and to finish it everything off, there’s a Victoria sponge cake pumped with elderflower buttercream and strawberry liquid gel.
