Former Yellow head chef, Adam Wolfers, is headed to Casoni for one delicious month. You can expect a vegetable-focussed menu, incorporating Jewish ingredients to honour his heritage. The pop-up will kick off on Wednesday 19 April and their regular menu will take a back seat for the duration.
The menu will centre around Adam’s love for vegetables and vegetarian Italian fare, but it won’t be limited to just this, with meaty dishes making an appearance as well—we can hear your sigh of relief from here. Bringing the experience he gained from his time at Est., Marque, Monopole and Yellow, Adam will source most vegetables from local farms to weave through the menu.
