Every Monday throughout March, Multiple venues
If you like to start the week off on a healthy note, a few of our favourite Merivale venues are holding Detox Mondays to give you a breather after the weekend and re-energise your weary mind for the week ahead. There’s Yoga by the Pool with Lululemon at ivy and detox menus at Palings, Papi Chulo and more. Need a drink after a long Monday? You can also enjoy a ‘retox’ cocktail, just because they know us too well.
Date Night At Felix
Every Tuesday from February 24
Ooh la la! Tuesdays aren’t just for saving cash! At March Into Merivale they’re for getting off the couch and having some quality time with bae. Date night at Felix will transport you to Paris and offer two courses from the menu and a beverage each. Want to branch out? Tuesday date night is on offer at eight Merivale venues. Mardi Gras Party 2015

Smokey BBQ Banquet at Papi Chulo

Fact: Sundays are for eating. More specifically, they are for eating a BBQ banquet fit for a king while taking in the view at one of Manly’s best restaurants, and that’s exactly what you’ll get from 9:30am at Papi Chulo on Sunday, March 22. Just $55 will get you a glass of Chandon Rose and a set menu that features a brunch plate of five (yes, five!) different meats. We dare you to take it on!
Mystery Dinner… And Lunch!

A bit of intrigue never hurt anyone, especially when it promises to end in food. If you wish to add a bit of excitement to your lives this March, you can book dinner for up to six people and let the minds at Merivale sort out where you’ll be chowing down. Oh yes, you heard correctly! One of the best modern Chinese restaurants in Sydney will be serving up delicious yum cha from 10:30am until midday every Sunday in March. Get in early, Listers, this is going to be a big one at Mr Wong!

We have been #blessed with a plethora of Sydney food festivals in the past year, and we predict Wok On will be one of the best all year. A celebration of Asian street food, Wok On will feature stalls from Mr Wong, Ms G’s, and sushi e. Bring your appetite!
Hangover’s Delight at Ms G’s

There there, shhh, it’s okay. There’s no need to cry over what to have as a hangover meal, Listers, Ms G’s has done the work for you. Dan Hong and the team are dishing up a Sunday brunch that will have you singing the kitchen’s praises. $55 will get you a set menu including spicy sausage banh mi, corn dog with fried egg sauce, and some hair of the dog in the form of a glass of sparkling. What headache?
Coogee Foreshore Festival
Coogee Pavilion, Sunday March 15
Merivale is moving things from the city to the beach, and it’s not just at newly-opened Sydney favourite Coogee Pavilion. The entire promenade will become a busy marketplace full of roaming acts, stalls from your favourite Merivale venues, and much more to come. $45 will score you a ticket and eight food and drink tokens to use throughout the day.
Pastry School: Marvellous Meringues
Lorraine’s Patisserie, March 12, 19 & 26
Ever wanted to learn how to cook the perfect meringue, a la Lorraine Godsmark? Want no more! The queen of pastry herself will be showing you how to replicate some of her most famous dishes at home in this two-hour cooking class. Get in quick, this one is an absolute must!
