It’s time to find your fanciest pair of stretchy pants because something delicious is coming. A series of pop-up dinner degustations are hitting Sydney, meaning stuffing yourself silly with allllllll of the food suddenly got fancy AF.
For one glorious month (aka September), Sunday Sous Sessions will see some of Sydney’s best sous chefs take to the stage (read: kitchen) to dish up 5-course dinner degustations (paired with matching wine) in their own, personal way.
We’re talking big guns like Andy Ashby from .nel Restaurant, Khanh Nguyen from Cirrus, Sam Young from Merivale and Alex Farrow from North Bondi Fish all cooking up an absolute storm—and without a head chef taking watching their every move, anything could happen.
Tickets are $165 and for a night filled of food and wine you’d be silly not to book yourself in here.
