The Grounds of Alexandria is no stranger to a next level transformation. Just this year alone, its rustic laneways have transformed into worlds inspired by Aladdin’s Agrabah and Willy Wonka’s neon-soaked and sweet universe of pure imagination.
This time around, The Grounds has darkened into The Moors, just the dark forest home to the powerful and damn evil fairy, Maleficent (or so the tale goes). Channeling all things dark and bewitching, you’ll now find an enchanting overgrown forest with winding branches, black roses and eerie fog.
No surprise, the food offering is also off the charts (as it always is). On the dessert line-up, you’ll want to make sure you sink your teeth into “The Dark Fairy”. She’s a glazed milk chocolate mousse filled with passionfruit jelly topped with vanilla buttercream and finished with edible glitter, rocks and horns (and she’ll set you back $9).
More details are set to drop on this one so stay tuned here.
