things to do this week

We may have hit halfway through August but there’s no slowing down with tacos, fried chicken, bourbon whipped cream and chilli (all to be consumed this week). To be honest, we think it’s time to invest in a puffy jacket for an igloo party. Oh yeah, you'll want to read on to find more out about that one.

You’ve got no time to rest, Sydney, so get on up and show us how it’s done. Here are give epic this to do this week.

Quayside Comfort at Cruise Bar

Comfort food is our favourite type of food and Cruise Bar is offering us exactly that. You can try telling us that a sandwich can keep you warm but you’re only lying to yourself. Cruise Bar’s Southern American-inspired food and drink menu definitely will with loaded french fries with gravy, fried chicken coated with a rye whiskey-honey sauce and a vanilla pudding with peanut butter, bourbon whipped cream, cookie crumbs, banana and candied bacon, called the Fat Elvis. 10 comfort points to Cruise Bar. For more deets head here.
