Watsons Beach Club Arrives In Its Full Glory

After a winter of hibernation, during which an extensive two million dollar renovation took place, Beach Club has finally arrived at the historic Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel—offering up copious Caribbean cocktails, delicious seafood and panoramic harbour views.

The interior design pays homage to mid-century 'Miami cool' and has been conceived by architect Jeremy Bull, who's stable includes the Coco Republic Design Centre, The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room and the Australian Jockey Club Randwick.

The food offerings have also been revamped—think fresh Pacific oysters, salt and pepper mud crab and fresh yabby and crab linguine. For dessert the list is simple and delicious: smashed Pavlova with lemon curd, mascarpone and blueberries; chocolate mousse with honeycomb and strawberries; or lemon gelato served with a limoncello shot and almond biscotti.

Combine this with some of Sydney's finest DJs, a spacious timber sundeck, and a 'Fish & Chippery', and you have an unbeatable setting to indulge in a laidback summer affair.
