We Found A Mimosa Brunch With The Best View In Sydney

It’s no surprise we were excited when we heard Altitude Restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney had fiiiiiiinally opened their doors for brunch; but we had to pick our jaw up off the floor when we found out the mimosas are free flowing, and with the best view in Sydney. 

This one has all of the makings of a perfect Saturday Morning and we’re not just talking about the waffles and mimosas (although, that does have a lot to do with it). Altitude boasts THE best view in Sydney, so you’ll be sipping cocktails, while looking straight down the barrel of the Harbour Bridge, as well as the Opera House and Luna Park in the distance. As you’d expect from the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, it’s all class here, with a dining room that’s fit for any special occasion, even if that’s just a cocktail-filled Saturday morning with your friends. 

The menu is heaving with all of our favourite breakfast dishes, like small plates of eggs benedict (this one has a prosciutto and smoked salmon option) with a fine dining flair. There are also more substantial options, like waffles with all the trimmings, Arabian buttered eggs, and the indulgent, think fried eggs with mint, dukkah & lemon on toasted Turkish bread. If you want to go all the way, then make sure you hit up the buffet, because there's fresh seafood, cheese, cured meats and dessert waiting for you there.
