Round Up Your Crew, A Bottomless Vegan Brunch Has Arrived

Vegan Brunch Brisbane

We’ve all been there—you’re trying to organise a brunch with the crew (preferably with cocktails and wine involved), but between the dairy-intolerant, the non-meat eaters and the vegans, trying to find a stylish lunch spot that will appease everyone is sending the group chat into a tizzy.

Well no longer—Darling & Co has just launched a brand new event onto the Brisbane brunch scene and it’s one that’s going to have your phone buzzing with chat notifications. They’re dishing up a five-course vegan brunch every Saturday, complete with vegan cocktails, wine and prosecco for $60 per person. Lock. It. In.

That’s not even the best part about it—anyone with one of our Urban Feast cards will be able to get $25 off the total bill for the table (if you haven’t heard about our foodie card, head here to get yours). If that’s not an excuse to book in a bottomless brunch, we don’t know what is.

So what’s on the menu? Not a single salad to be seen—instead there’s the likes of zucchini fritters with citrus yoghurt, zesty brown rice and black bean sliders and French toast with fresh strawberry sauce. And to drink, you can sip on cocktails like the Coconut Snap, with lychee liquor, triple sec, coconut water and lime juice or a Cinzano Spritz, with vermouth, organic white wine, soda and orange. Vegan organic biodynamic NZ sauvignon blanc and a vegan friendly prosecco are also on the list, so whatever your preference, you’ll find the perfect sip.

Two two hour sessions will be happening at Darling & Co every Saturday, from 11am–1pm or 2pm–4pm, and you should definitely book in advance. And make sure you’ve got your Urban Feast card beforehand here—you don’t want to miss that $25 off.
