Here’s Where You Should Eat In North Fremantle This Week

North Freo is easily one of our fave ‘burbs thanks to its proximity to the beach AND the river, not to mention the relaxed vibes and community feel. All that plus a heap of delicious food and it’s easy to see why we would move here in a second if given half a chance. Until then, we’ll just hang out at the cafes and restaurants and pretend like we do.

Here’s where you should fill your belly in North Fremantle this week.

Bib & Tucker

Incred food and bangin' beach views at breakfast, lunch and dinner? Yes, please! Offering a spot-on modern Australian menu and spectacular views over Leighton Beach, Bib & Tucker sums up why living in Perth is so special. Get there early or be prepared to queue.

Once an old bus garage, Propeller has been transformed into one of the most colourful and vibrant eateries going around. Grab some breakfast and soak up the sun or head down for a pretty speccy dinner.

Habitue is the perfect spot if you’re after moody lighting and amazing food. Using only the freshest local produce, the unique Mediterranean-style eats are delicious and the accompanying wine list is spot on.

The Black Truffle

If you’re after coffee and lunch to go, The Black Truffle is the place for you. Serving up delish coffee, the freshest salads and rolls as well as a heap of other goodies, you’re sure to leave satisfied. You can also stock up on cheese, fresh bread, gourmet goodies and so much more while you’re there.

Cafe Isthmus

Across the road from Leighton Beach, this light and breezy cafe dishes out awesome eats every day of the week. Try the bacon and avo sarnie or the mushroom ragout and you won't be disappointed! Cafe Isthmus has also got cabinets loaded up with take-away lunch treats and coffee good enough to give you that all day buzz.
