If you don’t know what Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart is you are seriously doing something wrong with your life. Launching in Sydney and Melbourne last year, this uber famous Asian eatery had lines out the door and for good reason.
The cheese tarts are sort of like a cheesecake and sort of like a tart (duh) and are about as addictive as crack cocaine. The buttery pastry and just-sweet-enough oozy filling are 100% delicious and you’ll want to load up on as many as humanly possible now that they've opened up shop at Westfield Carousel.
To celebrate the opening of their new West Aussie store, Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart will be giving away 100 of their glorious little original tarts this Saturday 1 July. All you have to do is like their Facebook or Instagram page and be one of the first 100 people to prove it to them in store between 1 and 2pm.
If you miss out on a freebie, never fear, it just means you can purchase HBCT's newest speciality, a chocolate cheese tart! Drool.
