When we think of Sweetwater, a few different things come to mind; incredible views, delectable dishes and insta worthy cocktails.
After the launch of The Hanging Yum Cha that has us going back every Sunday, we were pretty sure these guys couldn’t get any better. But apparently, all it took was two words—vegan banquet.
That’s right, Sweetwater is dishing up an epic vegan banquet for the month of October and whether you’re already vegan, considering making the change or you’re just a big fan of veggies, you’ll want to check this out.
For just $89, you’ll be served up an amazing five course meal, a cocktail on arrival and two glasses of vino—all completely vegan, of course.
We’ve glimpsed the mouth-watering menu, and can’t wait to get our hands on the heirloom beets and carrot, tofu curd, shiso caramel and crispy sambal—a combo that could probably convert the biggest of carnivores.
If you’ve ever dined at Sweetwater before, you’ll know that head chef, Leigh Power loves to dish up Asian inspired eats that pack a punch with a tonne of flavour and rest assured, the vegan dishes are no exception.
