They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and while this is probably the case, it can quite possibly be the most delicious meal of the day too. Especially when you high tail it to some of Sydney best cafes. Here are 16 breakfasts in Sydney you must tick off your eating bucket list in 2016. Best get started now, because if this year is anything like 2015, there’ll be a whoooole lotta eating to do.

#1 The Bacon and egg roll from Cool Mac

Bacon and egg rolls are every meat-eater’s and hungry person’s brekkie go-to, and Cool Mac do a solid (and generous!) rendition, complete with a kick of sriracha mayo and aioli.

Eggs are the best. You can do so many things with them. In the case of The Moody Chef, the baked eggs with Moroccan lamb sausage and chargrilled bread should be on your list of breakfasts in Sydney to conquer in 2016.

Now this may be from 2015, but we're pretty certain that they're just as good in 2016. These are the meals we absolutely love.
