Mark the calendar, folks; Just Earth is gearing up for part two of their Summer Twilight Dinners—and this time it's with a SEQ twist!
The evening repast will consist of nine courses, presented in a bunch of generous share plates and platters designed to showcase the best SEQ producers and promote sustainability.
In keeping with their plant-based credo, the dinner will keep meat and cheese to a minimum (be prepared for the salt and pepper crickets!), providing plenty of vegan options while still catering to carnivores. on Saturday Feb 3, expect dishes like said cricets, warrigal greens with mango and bunya nut salad, wild stuffed zuchinni, and macadamia and wattleseed ice cream, just to whet the old appetite.
Guests will be seated in Just Earth’s scenic warehouse courtyard, with live jazz beats from local musicians and the whimsical summer twilight as a backdrop. For more details including booking info and the full menu breakdown, check out the events page and we’ll see you there!
