50 More Things To Do In Perth Under $50

Perth. It is a wonderful, warm, welcoming place and we think having fun in it shouldn’t require you to re-mortgage your house. With that in mind, we found 50 things to do in Perth for under $50, and now we’ve got 50 more fun, tasty and downright rad things you can do in Perth for less than a pineapple. 

Here’s what you can do in our glorious city for less than 50 big ones.

  1. Learn how to move and shake like a pro at The Perth Swing Dance Academy—a four-week term fee is just 50 bucks.
  2. Go to the Fremantle Markets and eat all the free food samples until you’re nice and full.
  3. Drop in to Tonic Yoga for a Friday night community class. Up-and-coming yoga teachers take over the studio and payment is by donation.
  4. Host a Thermomix party. They’re free, and you get to keep the food they make afterwards. Seriously, why aren’t more people doing this?
  5. Go to Frisk. Small Bar and showcase your talents to get a free gin. Right now, they’re offering a free Hendricks to anyone who rocks up shows them a trick. (Wannabe carnies—this is your time, this is what you’ve been waiting for.)
  6. Go to Wok Street Chow House for their Tuesday night $15 wok specials.

  10. Take your picnic rug and get a $10 food truck dinner at South Beach Sunset Markets in South Freo.
  11. Climb Melon Hill in Swanbourne, and then reward yourself with brunch at The Shorehouse.
  12. Go to the chocolate and wine pairing masterclass at Providore Swan Valley for $30.
