The NYC based bartenders Alex Day and David Kaplan have created five insane cocktails and each one will be paired with drool-worthy eats featuring loads of local and native ingredients from Wolf Lane kitchen. Albany oysters, pickled sea herbs and Rottnest scallops will satisfy the seafood lovers while tiny lamb tomahawks with peach and pepperberry will keep the meat lovers happy. You'll finish off with a farewell shot that's reminiscent of an espresso martini on crack, paired with a lamington Magnum, macadamia, green ants and salt; it's the perfect combination of New York glamour and fresh Australian eats.
