Much-loved Japanese dessert brands PAFU and Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart are coming together for a flagship store in the heart of Perth’s CBD, and to that we say: it was about time.
If you’re not familiar, PAFU is the Japanese take on the French apple turnover (a pastry puff filled with warm custard and sweet apple) and the Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart is a combination of a crunchy shortcrust base with a creamy cheesecake filling. So basically, a match made in heaven.
PAFU and Hokkaido have been making waves in Sydney and Melbourne for quite some time now. This opening marks the first collaboration store for the brands in WA, as well as the very first PAFU outlet in WA, which is really happy news for our stomachs.
But what’s even more important is that, during their three-day launch, the brands will be offering 100 free PAFU treats to all the lucky customers in line. That’s right: free luscious baked goods from Thursday, January 31 until Saturday, February 2, from 12 pm. This offer is only available while supplies last, so we suggest you get there early.
