It's official, beer is taking over the world and we're kind of ok with it. A few days ago we told you about an amazing new brewery opening down south this year, when all the while there was one opening right under our noses NEXT WEEK!
Blasta Brewing Company is opening in Burswood on Thursday 1 March (that's just six sleeps away!) and we're beery excited for a few different reasons, but let's start with the beer.
Everything they're brewing here is locally sourced and they've just been invited to represent WA in a brewery battle where they'll be up against nine of the best breweries across Australia—so we reckon they must be pretty good! They're going to have six beers on tap including their award-winning Myway IPA which is infused with ruby grapefruit (fancy!)
If beer's not your thing, stick with us for a moment. Blasta Brewing Company is also home to fancy cocktails, epic coffee, drool-worthy food and a HUGE alfresco dining area.
The coffee shop is open from 6:30am every.single.day and they've got an incredible barista whipping up delicious Five Senses coffee that will give your morning the kickstart it needs, or for those of you with an aversion to caffeine, they've got beetroot, turmeric and matcha lattes and all sorts of trendy things. You can also grab a bagel or a muffin if you need something to fill your tum, and as of Saturday 2 March, they'll have a full breakfast menu on the go.
For dinner, the focus is on quality over quantity. They'll be dishing up six different starters and six mains which will be inspired by their beers (think beer marinated meat and delicious beer-y sauces), but if you're after a more casual affair, check out the grill and pizza menus.
Oh, did we mention it's less than a two-minute train ride from Optus Stadium?
Until then, check out The Camfield which opens today!
