Sydney has delivered on the goods yet again (let’s be honest, when do we ever not?!). Every day from the 1 December until New Years Day, Watsons Bay Hotel will celebrate summer with $12 Aperol Spritz all day, erryday as part of their Club Aperol pop-up event. We’ll give you a moment to process that (and cancel any weekend plans that don’t involve an Aperol Spritz).
Watsons Bay Hotel will be getting into full Aperitivo-occasion spirits with a salumi platter and 2 Aperol Spritz special for $50 throughout December. Pay homage to Aperol’s origins (northern Italy, which is a fact your next date will no doubt appreciate) by enjoying delicious food under the sun with your favourite friends.
If you need someone to point you in the right, food-filled direction, you’ve come to the perfect place. Highlights of the menu include Watsons Bay’s artisan burrata cheese (make sure it ends up on your end of the table), deluxe seafood platter with lobster, oysters and spanner crab, and Florentine Chicken Liver Pate.
In case you needed one more reason to go (hint: you didn’t), Watsons Bay Hotel will host a pop-up, dedicated Aperol Spritz bar every weekend.
