Call off the search party foodies, we’ve found our foodie mecca; our joie de vivre, our reason for existence. After a long, long wait, Australia’s best burgers are finally opening in Brisbane! Welcome to town Burger Project.
Neil Perry’s infamous Burger Project will open at 11am this Friday 17th February at the brand new Southpoint precinct in Southbank.
Burger Project will be dishing up their 14 classic burgers (famed for their Cape Grimm beef patties), their crunchy-yet-fluffy French fries (how they manage such culinary perfection is beyond us), thick shakes—order the Valrhona chocolate—and their decadent soft serve ice cream. * Drool *.
Just to make things that little bit more exciting, the man himself Mr. Neil Perry will be behind the pans, cooking up a burger or two and welcoming hungry Queenslanders into his latest venture.
Burger Project will also be serving breakfast from next Monday; think bacon and egg burgers, ELT’s, and potato gems swished down with freshly made coffee courtesy of Melbourne roasting legends Market Lane—what a way to start your day.
To say we’re a bit excited about Burger Project’s first foray into Queensland is an enormous understatement. We’ll meet you there—appetites at the ready!
