Brisbane’s thang for American cuisine shows no signs of abating in 2015 with the arrival of new Brisbane restaurant, Blue Raven in Auchenflower.
Dishing up well-presented, quality American cuisine Blue Raven isn’t your typical fast-food style American eats. Run by former Beccofino bar manager Mehdi Manavi, diners can expect the same quality of service with a fresh and balanced menu a la Americana (think chicory smoked pork ribs, chicken wings, burgers, and craft beers).
The warm and stylish interior—complete with juke box—adds to the appeal.
New Brisbane restaurant Blue Raven is open for dinner weekdays, and lunch and dinner on Fridays and weekends, with plans to open for weekend breakfast in the coming weeks.
