Another day, another new opening in Brisbane—we just can’t get enough! Not content are we with a Betty’s Burgers, new Jocelyn’s Provisions locations and the pending arrival of Neil Perry’s Burger Project all set to open in the next few months, Brisbane is now confirmed for the next location of Sydney’s iconic cheese and meat providore; welcome to the foodie fold Salt Meat Cheese!

Since exploding on to the Sydney food scene in 2012, gourmet Italian providore Salt Meat Cheese has been the place to pick up local and internationally sourced luxury produce for your pantry and your dinner plate. They host regular cooking classes and events hosted by their expert in-house chefs, and are known for their house made cheeses and pizzas to take home.

From cheese, to cured meats, luxurious deli items and fresh pasta, Salt Meat Cheese is a total food haven, even offering their own brand of delectable deli goods, including their infamous crunchy peanut butter that sells out faster than they can stock their shelves! Trust us, you'll want to get your hands on a jar.

With more news on opening dates TBC, in the mean time we can all fantasise about fresh burrata and eating all of the cured meats.

Brisbane, you’ve been warned..
