TUL: Tell us what Sabotage Social is all about, where the idea came from?
TUL: How long has this bar been in the making? It must feel good to see it all come to fruition!
From internal design, music policy, whiskey selection, cocktail list, and skateboard platters, and our crazy team, these elements just seemed to all fall into place once the momentum began.
My personal favourite are the 4.5metre high, pressed metal ceilings from the early 1900s. The whole property was just dripping with history.
We love this city and have incorporated several of the valley's historical elements in the design which features beautifully framed pictures of a long lost Fortitude Valley. Oh yeah, and the Dimebag Darrell Stained Glass window is a favourite also. Our designer, Adam Head is the Man!
