Brisbane’s coffee lovers have a new temple of caffeine worship in Albion’s Fox Street Factory.

The latest venue by the Fonzie Abbott Espresso crew, Fox Street Factory occupies a dark warehouse space on a sunny tree-lined street. Stepping from the light and sunshine into this cosy coffee house is quite the experience—one foot in the door and you can tell they take their coffee seriously.  The smell of roasting beans is immediate and delicious, and an industrial fit-out walks the line between modernity and friendliness.

With an espresso bar in the front and roasting house in the back, Fox Street Factory is ideal for drop ins, whether you’re chasing a cup or a whole bag of beans, and there’s a simple café menu on offer should you need solid sustenance with your go-juice.

Stuffed brioche is the highlight, with muffins, croissants, and other tasty tid-bits on offer to tempt you away from your standard bowl of cereal.

Fox Street Factory has its own cupping room—a sure sign of coffee appreciation—and the single origin and bean of the month change regularly so there’s no chance of you and your sensitive palate getting bored.

If you’re into coffee, new Brisbane café Fox Street Factory is well worth a visit. Find the location, opening hours, and all the details here!
