Where to Eat in Brisbane this Month

Oh July, you chilly, hot-chocolate inducing minx of a month. While the 'plunging' temps (22 degrees! Where are my thermals at?) might be tempting you towards slippers and a hot Milo, there are plenty of very tasty reasons to get off the couch and into Brisbane's restaurants, bars, and cafes this month.

The Brisbane bar scene continues to impress on the food front, with old-colonial soldier's digs bringing the yum, Gangnam Psy-inspired disco dining keeping us up past our bedtime, and our new favourite Brisbane cheeseburger all coming out of Brisbane watering holes.

On top of the drinks and bar nosh we hit the streets to find the new food trucks you need to start chasing around town, ate way too many super grains hunting for Brisbane's best porridge, and sampled 15 Brisbane lunches that will only cost you $15 buckeroos

Not to mention, we've fallen in love with a new Teneriffe gelato shop, found out which 50 meals YOU think everyone should eat if they live in Brisbane, ate or way through the CBD cafes serving up a cracking breakfast, and—for those moments when you just need to digest—tracked down 17 foodies to follow on Instagram.
