We first heard about the south west’s Tiller Dining in summer, and now Chef George Cooper is bringing his incredible culinary feats to the big city for two nights only.
Cathedral Square will play host to Cooper’s “Dinner for the Sinners” in the “Garden of Eatin”. The seven-course degustation will theme each dish on one of the seven deadly sins, and boy, are we excited to see gluttony on a plate.
Making the most of the delicious Yallingup produce from the Tiller farm and paired with WA wines, the long table dinner will be a sight to behold. You’ll be protected from the elements thanks to a clear marquee overlooking the haunting St George’s Cathedral in the CBD.
Dinner plus paired wines will set you back $220 plus booking fee, but there’s an even fancier VIP experience up for grabs which includes all of that plus pre-dinner canapes, drinks and opportunities to meet the chef and winemakers.
Tickets are on sale now, and no, you don’t want to miss this one.
