Not your salad-and-beans burger, Ben's has niftily swapped out their beef patty for a mushroom, resulting in what is surely one of the greasiest veggie burgers in Brisbane, and we meant that in the best way possible. Complete with cheese, pickles, tomato, onion, aioli, and parmesan, and all smooshed together in a sweet brioche, this one for the hungover vegetarians.
