We don’t know about you guys, but when we’re running through the streets of Brisbane, we always wish we could do backflips and jump off high ledges.
Well Westfield Garden City is running professional badass classes (AKA parkour workshops), hosted by Brisbane Parkour Association Inc, and you’re all invited.
For those that don’t know, parkour is like running, but harder. It usually involves catapulting yourself over obstacles, impressing passers-by and getting from A to B as fast as possible (or at least as fast as possible without a car, plane or skateboard).
Westfield is running parkour classes for kids and adults, so you can pick up the basics, plus there’s gonna be parkour performances from Dylan and Brodie Pawson, AKA ‘The Parkour Twins’. Apparently they’ll even be scaling a giant tic-tac wall, thanks to the guys at City Beach.
Just remember to stretch first guys. This stuff gets intense.
