Hopefully you’ve already made it through this list (and this one, and this one, and this one!) of Perth’s newest openings, because we’ve got a whole heap more for you!

Perth has got restaurants, cafes, health food joints and bars popping up left, right and centre and honestly, we just need to pause time for a minute so we can try them all.

Here are the new crop of Perth restaurants, bars and cafes you need to know about!

Open Now

Percy Flint

South Fremantle

A boozery and eatery, Percy Flint is combining our two favourite things and doing a mighty fine job. Flinging their doors open in late March with 10 craft beers on tap, some killer cocktails and lots of noms, it’s no surprise that they are quickly becoming one of our fave Freo hotspots.

Kafka Coffee Shop

Perth

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again—this place has the cutest dang coffee cups in Perth! But we’re not shallow—it’s what’s on the inside that counts right? Lucky Kafka’s coffee is just as good as the cups.

Flourish Coffee & Juice

Floreat

Sitting pretty outside Floreat Forum, Flourish Coffee & Juice opened its doors a few weeks ago and has been keeping the people of Floreat healthy and very, very satisfied at the same time. Think fresh juices, smoothie bowls, plenty of raw food as well as some high protein hits for the gym junkies. We know where we’ll be heading after (or maybe even instead of) the gym.

Saint Larry

Perth

From the mastermind behind Halford Bar and The Standard comes the latest and greatest addition to Cathedral Square, Saint Larry. A hole-in-the-wall cafe at the City of Perth Library, this place is serving up epic coffee as well as sandwiches and salads that’ll blow your mind. It’s no wonder Saint Larry is becoming a firm favourite among the city folk.

Satay on Charcoal

Victoria Park

An all time winner at the Twilight Hawkers Markets, Satay on Charcoal has opened up a second permanent location which is bigger and better than their original South Perth restaurant. It’s got all of your old favourites plus plenty of new dishes to try and it's BYO so you can bring a bottle to enjoy over dinner!

The Reveley

Perth

Elizabeth Quay is getting busy and one of the most notable openings has gotta be The Reveley. Little sister to Perth’s Stables Bar, The Reveley has a similar-ish setup with a bar downstairs, restaurant upstairs and they also have a rooftop bar so you can enjoy a cocktail or two with a view. Yes please.

Mrs S

Highgate

Every cloud has a silver lining, and Mrs S is most certainly the silver lining to our old fave Solomons closing its doors in Highgate earlier this month! The new Mrs S has plenty of our favourite dishes but there are also a heap of newbies to get stuck into to with about 20 dishes on the expanded menu.

D’Avenue

Leederville

If you’re looking for some New York inspo look no further than D’Avenue which has opened on Oxford Street in Leedy today! Serving brekkie, lunch, coffee and plenty of dessert, we’re pretty excited to try the Nutella filled French toast, just saying!

Hippocampus

West Perth

Hippocampus has been hanging out in West Perth distilling their ahhh-mazing vodka and gin for a while now, but they’ve only just started welcoming the good people of Perth in to sit back and relax while sipping on a cocktail or a nice big glass of wine.

Coming Soon

Enrique’s Mustachio Academy

Mount Lawley

Enrique’s School For To Bullfighting is getting a late night license and a makeover. Enrique’s will be closing its doors in May to have a bit of a makeover and will reopen as Enrique’s Mustachio Academy in July (look out for the neon pink mo when the reno’s are done). The gin and tonic, and cocktail lists will be bigger and better than ever and they’ll be open until 2am, huzzuh!

Alfred’s Pizzeria. Small Bar

Perth

Pizza, cocktails and rock & roll—sounds like a good combo to us. From the legends behind Frisk Small Bar, Alfred’s Pizzeria will be opening its doors next week to dish up some epic pizza made with only the very best ingredients. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this one.

Sweetwater Rooftop Bar

East Fremantle

With the former head chef of Melbourne’s Gingerboy and the former Bar Manager from Mechanic’s Institute joining forces, you know you’re going to be in for a pretty sweet ride. The dynamic duo will be whipping up some amazing cocktails and Asian inspired noms so you can enjoy the view from the sixth story venue. The very best part? They’ll be selling their booze to take home so you can grab a batch of your fave cocktail and enjoy it back at your place.

Highgate Drink And Dine

Highgate

Ace Pizza has shut its doors (much to our dismay) but we CANNOT wait for Highgate Drink And Dine to open in May. Sam Ward of El Publico fame will be bringing us all of the delicious food, but don’t expect it to be the same traditional Mexican you know and love from El Publico. Don’t worry, there will be Mexican flavours, but with some Caribbean goodness thrown in for good measure. Basically you will get whatever he wants to cook, and we think it’ll be amazing.

Tiisch

Perth

Tiisch will be opening on Hay Street in the CBD to bring delish food and coffee to the good people of Perth. With a focus on bringing people together and sharing, we feel warm and happy just thinking about it.

Doughnut Time

TBC

With 15 locations on the east coast, we were starting to feel left out, but Doughnut Time is finally headed west! Expect the best doughnut names—like the Snicky Minaj and Melon DeGeneres—and properly delish doughnuts! You’ll be able to get your hands on these by September.

Plymptons Coffee Co

East Freo

Plymptons is going to be a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop popping up on Hubble Street in East Freo in the next couple of months and we are super excited to check it out!

Slate Cafe

Swan Valley

Six self-proclaimed coffee snobs have joined forces to create Slate Cafe in the Swan Valley. Their amazing baker learned from the Vietnamese baguette king so you can expect epic baguettes and delish Five Sense coffee.

Mackdaddys New York Slice

Highgate

Five friends who love pizza are bringing us pizza by the slice, finally! Seriously why did no one in Perth think of this sooner? Word on the street is they’ll be popping up in Highgate by the end of May.

Blacksmith Perth

Highgate

Blacksmith Perth will be opening up in Highgate in early May with some of the best coffee you can imagine and rumour has it they might be dishing up some delish banh mi style baguettes as well. New to the west, Blacksmith has two older siblings over in Sydney and if epic coffee runs in the family then we've got something to be excited about!

We’re also still waiting very patiently to check out Hamptons, Rise Pizzeria and Isle Of Voyage which you can read all about in our last New Crop Of Restaurants, Bars And Cafes You Need To Know About story.
