Yep, that’s right, we know where you can get your hands on gelato in a doughnut cone in Perth!
We got the scoop about this epic doughnut cone from Yi Hua at Jersey Jack, who said, “It’s made from bomboloni dough, which has a brioche like consistency. It’s an Italian style donut which is slightly denser than the regular donut, but made the same way (fried). It’s amazing with gelato!”
The doughnut cone is then filled with whipped cream and topped with Jersey Jack Gelato, before being drizzled with chocolate sauce. Just hand over a shiny blue $10 note and it’s all yours!
Yi said she wasn’t sure how long this epic creation will stick around for, so you don’t want to miss this Perth food fiends!
