Burlesque and cocktails in an industrial cathedral? We certainly won’t say no. Some of Australia’s hottest underground artists will be coming together for an evening of burlesque, beats and booze, and it’s pretty much our ideal night out.
Co-presented by Underbelly Arts, Four Pillars Gin and the City of Sydney, Caldera is a loud, dark and sultry night hitting inner-city Sydney. You’re invited to immerse yourselves in this historic Victorian blacksmith forge featuring steam hammers, cranes, furnaces and well, gin.
The Eveleigh Locomotive Workshops is over a century old, built to manufacture trains in the 19th Century, and now it’s home to an immersive night of entertainment. We’re talking incredible burlesque dancers, experimental underground music, interactive art installations and of course, insane cocktails.
The line-up of visual and interactive artists is yet to be announced but think visceral festivals like Dark Mofo ie. cue the red-hot antics.
Y’all will be taken on an intimate and immersive journey each evening, with eight glorious sessions offered over four nights. Tickets for this baby won’t last long, book yours here.
