The government may have banned non-essential mass gatherings of 500 people or more, and non-essential indoor gatherings of more than 100, but that doesn't mean partying has to be on pause too.
Filling the void in our hearts from all the events across NSW that have been cancelled or postponed indefinitely, is Room 2 Radio, a sliver of good news beneath all the noise, and Sydney’s first virtual nightclub.
Kick-off your weekend with a live-stream of local DJs, drinks recommendations and disco lights. There's even a chatroom so you can get your dose of social times too (hey, you won't have to yell over the beats to be heard either).
The online nightclub is set to start at 8pm tonight (so far, there’s no end time, so who really knows when you’ll be finishing up) on Facebook Live right here.
You can scope out the line-up below:
- Music For Friends from 8pm - 9pm
- Hyfe from 9pm - 10.30pm
- Dame B2B Deepa (Honey Point) from 10.30pm - 12pm
- Liam Ebbs (Thomas Gray and Liam Ebbs) from 12pm - late
While you’re at it, here’s where you can sort out some home-delivered booze to get the night into full swing, and home-delivered food for when hunger strikes.
More info on the virtual night club is here.
