Gelato Messina Are Dropping Golden Gaytime S’mores At This Huge Laneway Festival

This year’s Fish Lane Festival is on track to be its biggest and best yet, with a host of South Brisbane’s most iconic restaurants, bars and chefs all joining forces for one day only, on Saturday May 11.

With the 2019 menu having just dropped from the likes of Ol’ School, Saccaromyces, The Fox, and Billykart (just to name a few), Gelato Messina have just dropped their 2019 creation—making not one, but two, limited-edition desserts.

May we introduce, the Gaytime S’more and Pavlova S’more. The Pavlova is a saucy mix of Graham cracker biscuit, vanilla gelato, passionfruit gel, Italian meringue and freeze-dried raspberries, while the Gaytime is also a Graham cracker, with salted caramel gelato, dulche de leche, Italian meringue and a honeycomb and shortbread crumble wedged in the middle.

A nod to two of our most iconic Aussie desserts, Gelato Messina’s indulgent version of an ice cream sandwich will be available for one day only. So, you’d better make a note in your iCal for 2019’s Fish Lane Festival ASAP.

Keep your eyes peeled for more Fish Lane Festival as it drops, here.
